Matt Mallory grew up in the small Village of Cayuga, New York, and his experience with firearms and personal protection started early. Today he is the founder and lead instructor of Public Safety and Education (PS&Ed), offering dozens of courses that range from pistol permit safety classes to instruction at the local police academy.
Matt brings more than 35 years of experience and a long list of credentials: NRA and USCCA instructor, Utah concealed firearms instructor, pistol permit safety course instructor for more than 24 New York counties, sworn New York law enforcement officer and Air National Guard chief range officer.
Since 2019 he has co-hosted Meet the Pressers with Klint Macro, a talk show about firearms, training, politics and activism with fellow “Pressers.”
